Maojiayang Bridge

Project Overview

Maojiayang Bridge is located on Maojiayang Port，Hangzhou City.The total length of the bridge is 155.10m and the width of the bridge is 42m. The main bridge adopts through tied-arch bridge, the approach bridge is a prestressed concrete simply supported box girder, and the span of the whole bridge is 30+92+30m.

The plane of Maojiayang Bridge is located on a straight line.The oblique angle between the line center and the river is about 140 degrees to the right. In order to meet the navigation and landscape effects, the upper structure uses prestressed concrete simply supported box beams. The cross-sectional form is a single box with ten chambers and a fish-belly box section.

The steel strand complies with the standard requirements of GB/T25823-2010 "Individual epoxy-coated wire prestressing steel strand"; the cable body complies with the relevant requirements of JB/T850-2013 "Strand cable with swaging anchorage".

Measure the elevation before installing the hanger, then start tensioning the hanger. The tensioning end of the hanger is set at the upper end of the arch rib, and jacks are used to tension in batches, stages, synchronization, symmetry, and circulation to ensure that the force of each hanger cable is equal to avoid distortion of the local arch rib.

The tensioning cable force of the hangers should be strictly monitored, and attention should be paid to timely observation of changes in the bridge deck elevation. The final bridge cable force of the hangers should be consistent with the design cable force.
